No Reason

Everyone can stop worrying...;) Pheuff!

I have fixed the problem! The other day I was frigging around with my cookies settings and somehow I must have selected the internet security options and placed it on High rather than Medium. This was blocking me from seeing all the important posts I wasn't able to view. I can now function again and walk away from the PC. Pete was begining to wonder about me last night when I was at the computer for hours trying to figure this all out. :)

Hmmmmm...

So I've been checking everyone's blog's out over the past week or so and was noticing that either everyone is in down time and have nothing new to report or there is something wrong with my blog. My last post I made with Mom's birthday doesn't even show up for me. When I go in to my blog the last post I see is Ava with her Kupkake shirt...but if I click on February 2007 my newest post appears. So I discovered that I now have to click on the month on everyone's blog to view the most recent posts(I did see your new furniture Adrienne...Very Nice! :)). This all seemed to happen with my last post. I'm not sure if I clicked on something I shouldn't have or what. Help me somebody! It's driving me nutz. I now have a bit of catching up to do. Hope everyone is doing well. Today was beautiful and Ava and I finally got a big walk in the slushy sidewalks.

Happy Birthday Nanny! Feb 13th! Ooops!

I didn't forget Mom's Birthday but forgot to post a pic. Sorry! We had all gone out for dinner on her birthday.

On a different note. We have had an accident with our camera. It took a plunge in our kitchen sink full of water! We should be buying a replacement this weekend!

We had a good Valentine's Day yesterday. Ava had her 6 month shots, she was a trooper once again! She's a tough little girl! She is weighing 18 lbs and is a monstrous 28 inches long! I see basketball/modelling in her future if she keeps growing at this pace! ;)

We had a mini photo shoot in the afternoon. Ava wasn't really herself after taking all those needles but here are a few I thought were worth posting!

6 Months old Giggles!

Ava turned 6 months old yesterday...so hard to believe! She's enjoying her first taste of green beans and loves her rice cereal she has been eating for the past month! We go for her 6 month check up on Wednesday. I'm curious to see how much she weighs now! She has to be getting close to 20 lbs! Water Baby!

Ava started her swimming class last week(Sunday) at the Y. She seems to enjoy the water! She's gearing up for a fun filled summer of swimming at Skiff Lake.

Saint John Sea Dogs

Pete, Ava and I went to Quispamsis for a weekend get away. As part of our Christmas gift Kathy, Brent & the kids gave Pete and I tickets to see the Sea Dogs(QMJ Hockey) play Friday night and they babysat Ava while we had a night to ourselves. I guess we never had the camera out too much but here is a pic of Auntie Kath with Ava.

We were in Quispamsis today to celebrate cousin Mary's 4th Birthday. Ava had lots of fun getting to know Mary's other cousin's.

I have changed the look of the blog as I was inspired by the Pink themed party!

Sleigh Ride

Saturday we ventured out to Odell park for a quick sleigh ride. I think in from the time we got out of the car and bundled Ava up the temperature dropped 10 degrees. We literally walked for 5 minutes and got back in the car. Ava was too cold and didn't enjoy the ride too much! Ava was snuggled in Daddy's vintage crib blanket!

New Year, New Food!

Ava recently turned 5 months old and we decided to try to feed her rice cereal. She loved it from the first bite and couldn't wait for the next spoonful. Next month-baby food...We'll see if she likes all the new tastes!

Ava is eager to sit up on her own she has started to do it a bit but topples over within a minute or two.

We had a wonderful Christmas back in Fredericton and with a new addition to our family! Santa sure didn't miss us! Ava had a grand old time and loved all her gifts!

We spent Christmas at Nanny and Grampy's then drove to Quispamsis later on in the day to visit Auntie Kathy, Uncle Brent, Papa and Cousins Joshua, Holly and Mary.

Last night we made some rounds to a few places. We began at Papa's house then to the Lydon's then to the MacAfee's then back to the Lydon's to the wee hours of the morning! Ava was in party mode and barely slept a wink till we got home at 3:30am!
